1 banana, chopped

2. Orange Smoothie for Tuesday Morning
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup vanilla yogurt for protein in smoothie
1 small orange, peeled and frozen
½ peach, peeled and diced
1 carrot, grated

3. Red Smoothie for Wednesday Morning
¼ cup milk for protein in smoothie
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen watermelon

4. Purple Smoothie for Thursday Morning
½ cup pomegranate juice or cranberry juice
½ vanilla yogurt for protein in smoothie
½ cup frozen blackberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup cherries, pitted

5. Green Smoothie for Friday Morning
½ cup orange juice
½ vanilla yogurt for protein in smoothie
½ avocado, peeled for creamy and some texture
2 kiwi, peeled
1 handful of spinach

How to make Smoothies

  • Be sure to add your liquid like juices, yogurt or milk first, near the blades. that is gonna help your blender run a little more smoothly
